What languages does Branded Words offer?
At Branded Words we do exclusively translate into our native language Italian.

The source languages we do translate from are English, German and Portuguese.

We do also specialize in their varieties American English, Australian English, Swiss German, Austrian German and Brazilian Portuguese.

My wished language pair is not listed on the website. Where is the whole list of languages displayed?
If you cannot see your language pair listed online, please do send Branded Words a message and our team of trained and experienced multilingual translators will make sure to get your translations done.

You can receive your translated documents via e-mail in a very secure and fast way. However, feel free to suggest your preferred method.

Does Branded Words offer a test translation?
At Branded Words the team of translators is made of only skilled professionals and since we need to incur expenses for the time and work taken in translating documents, we do not offer free translation services.

How long will my translation take?
Many factors play a role in time, and it depends on volume, complexity, content, and desired delivery date. Engineering documents require more time than a marketing brochure, but a marketing slogan could take much more than an entire technical manual. Apart from translation, more time is needed for final proofreading.

Does Branded Words translate website contents?
Yes, we do also translate website contents and pay particular attention to SEO-friendly translations to make your website more visible on Google.

How does Branded Words guarantees quality?

Does Branded Words use machine translation?
Absolutely not. At Branded Words your translation project will be accomplished by human, qualified and Italian native speaker translators.

Does Branded Words translate on weekends and public holidays?
It may happen that we do also work during weekends or bank holidays. Should you require a translation service over the weekend or a special day, please do bear in mind that an extra percentage will be added to the original price of the translation.

Payment

How does Branded Words calculate my price?
The price of every single translation project is calculated on a per-word basis, the needed time and the different text typology and complexity. Branded Words charges a minimum for every service including less than 100 words in the source language.

How will Branded Words send me an invoice?
Branded Words will be in charge of sending out the invoice to your provided e-mail address.

Is there a payment date?
The received invoice must be paid within 7 working days after the translation receipt.

What currencies can I pay with?
We do prefer to receive and send our free quote in EUR. Should you have special requirements, please let me know by contacting at ciao@brandedwords.it.

What kind of payments does Branded Words accept?

I have an urgent translation! How much does it cost?
Branded Words can support your urgent translation requests also during bank holidays and weekends. Please bear in mind that an extra percentage will be added to the original price of the translation.
